Now a five-member group after the departure of Hyun Seung, BEAST continues their unique ballad style with their third full-length album Highlight. The title song Ribbon is a pop and R&B ballad by Jun Hyung and composer Kim Tae Joo’s producing team Good Life. The tranquil piano and guitar-accompanied Butterfly is another expressive ballad produced by Jun Hyung and composer DAVII. Besides Jun Hyung, other members also penned songs. Yo Seop reveals songwriting talents with “Practicing” and his solo track “Come Out,” while Dong Woon wrote the lyrics of his solo number “I’ll Give You My All.” Collaborating with composer Noday, Gi Kwang created “Curious” and “Good Night.” The 12-track album also includes Jun Hyung’s solo song Found You and the duet Baby It’s You by Gi Kwang and Doo Jun, both of which were unveiled at their 2015 Beautiful Show.
